Living Up to the Christian Calling
We studied several passages from the letter the Apostle Paul wrote to the Galatians. False teachers were deceiving the Christians in that region by teaching them to earn God's favor through their works. As a result, they were becoming proud against one another and even had to be warned against reverting to "the works of the flesh" such as sexual sin, interpersonal conflicts, and drunkenness.
